If you still feel your purchase isn’t the right fit, don’t worry –we’re here to make returns easy and hassle-free. Below is everything you need to know to ensure a smooth return process.

How Long Do I Have to Return My Order?

You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return and ship your item(s) back to us.

Requirements for Returns

To qualify for a return:

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and inserts. They must be in the same condition that you received them.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase from our website is required.

Timeframe: The return must be initiated and shipped back within 30 days from the delivery date.

Country of Purchase: Returns and exchanges can only be processed within the U.S.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee of up to 10% of the product cost.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email orders@abyamc.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label (if eligible) within 1-2 business days.

Please note: During peak seasons, such as major holidays, response times may be slightly longer.

Be sure to pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all accessories, before shipping it back.

Who Covers the Return Shipping?

We cover return shipping costs for all orders within the continental U.S. (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories). If you are returning an item from these excluded locations, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

When Will I Get My Refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at orders@abyamc.com

Exchanges

If you need a different item, the fastest way is to return your original purchase and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind our products! If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@abyamc.com with photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem by a replacement, exchange, or refund, including shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products that are not due to shipping defects
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Individual items from a collection or bundle – only the entire collection can be returned

If an item is returned in a used condition, we reserve the right to reject the return or withhold up to 10% of the refund amount.

Final Notes:

Returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above may be subject to restocking fees or denial of the refund.

It is crucial for our customers to be aware that they are responsible for accurately and securely attaching all return labels when returning items. In the event of returns being lost or delayed due to an unreadable barcode, we must emphasize that the responsibility for such instances lies with the customer and not with A by AMC.

Any return that is initiated but not shipped back within 30 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for a refund or exchange

If an item is found to be used or missing accessories upon inspection, a partial refund may be issued, or the return may be denied.
